Traditional Paintings

These are my concentration pieces from AP art this year! They're done traditionally with Acrylic first and oil for details and overlays of color. I went for a light source mixed with different emotions and how it's effected by the light for the whole theme.

This was the first one i did, and i was much more inspired at the beginning of the concentration then at the end of it.
The bottom white writing says "In darkness together we're bringing the light" which is a quote from the song Porphyria Cutanea Tarda by AFI.

This was the Third piece in the series in which i used Aliyana for a character portrait. Still keeping with my blue/orange color scheme
This was the second piece in the concentration and yes they uploaded out of order but i could really care less. I used Thonolan and a mirror to convey the opposite emotion as the first piece which was much happier

The piece below was the last painting and was done rather quickly because i needed four paintings and since my others had taken so much time i had little left to work more then a day on it. Overall i like the result but it didn't fit with my others at all.
